Which class should I try first?

I've had this question quite a bit and it's a great question, so let's break it down a bit. We have 2 starting level classes- Flight Prep and Ground School. What's the difference?
Flight Prep is great for those people that may be not sure of their ability to do bungee fitness. Perhaps you haven't worked out in a while, you have concerns about your ability to move in the harness, you have other concerns or you'd simply like more help and a slower pace. Your instructor will help you determine when you are ready to try a new level. If you are a regular at the gym, please skip this level. :)
Ground School is the base line starting level. People that are used to working out, running, etc. this is the place for you to try your first flight. You may even take this class a few times before you feel like you're ready for a runway class or Single Engine School- your instructor will help you determine when you are ready to try something new!
Golden Flights- This class is for those people who may be more restricted with movements- perhaps you have vertigo and can't go in circles, or you like a slower pace, or you don't want to "fly" or even jump! If you'd like a workout that supports your body and allows you to move with less pain, this might be where you'd like to be!
Please note that our structure can not support weights exceeding 250 pounds
