What do I wear to bungee class?

First and foremost be comfortable! Well... be comfortable with a few exceptions, or should I say recommendations. Please note most of these recommendations are for our female flyers, guys- adjust as you see fit.
We will approach this top to bottom.
Hair- pony tails or buns work best as your hair may (probably will) fly in your face.
Shirts- something fitted- whether tshirt or tank top or whatever, you don't want something super loose as it may not stay in place when you invert or do other tricks. Guys- please wear a shirt :)
Bras- If you are, shall we say, well endowed up top, may I recommend a steal enforced bra. Not literally, but something that will hold the girls in place. I know these can be hard to find, but that cute sports bra simply won't do the trick. (I speak from experience here ;))
Bottoms- Ok, since we're getting a bit personal here, here we go... if you are at the age where you giggle and leak- you know who you are- please wear appropriate protection as to not allow any less than ideal scenes. Pants/leggings/shorts- whichever you choose, I would highly recommend you have something that covers your knees! When you are learning to fly and do some other moves, you may scrape your knee on the mats and those burns can sting! Also, I found that I like bike shorts as the padding in the back helps with the harness trying to be, um... friendly! Guys- please wear appropriate support for you as well- and appropriate padding as it can get cozy down there.
Shoes- Everyone needs closed toe shoes- no exceptions. Please wear lace up shoes that can be tightened. Shoes can and will fly if they are not tight enough! You will NOT get out of your harness to put your shoes on again. It's not impossible to put them on again, but it can be a challenge. We have people that will help you but it's safer if we don't have fly objects in class.
WATER- Bring your water bottle! If you forget one or need to fill yours, we do have water and water bottles for sale, but if you have one you prefer please bring it. Note- no open top or just straw bottles- we need them to be able to close and not leak.
