Change is the only constant

I am on my last few days of being 54 years old. Saturday I start the next year and will be able to say I have survived 55 years on this planet. A number that is associated with how long we have been around is something that, if we're lucky, changes many times in our lives. There are several other things that change throughout our life- where we live, jobs, cars that we own, pets we enjoy, income, strength, health and yes, our weight.
As I am meeting people coming to bungee it is fun to hear why they are trying out our classes. Some of the changing things I've mentioned above are mentioned, but overall they talk about trying something different that looks fun! We have had 20 year olds and we've had 70 year olds- as well as every age range in between. The overwhelming thoughts as they finish each class is how they loved the workout! As they come back for their second class (and beyond) they talk about how their muscles were sore in places they didn't think they were working- which is great! What could be better than working out, having fun and not even thinking about the fact you're really working your body?
We have several people that have already joined our bungee family and are reporting changes in how they feel, their abilities to do more of the skills in class as well as some are reporting weight loss, and feeling better in their clothes! They are all great changes that we get behind and cheer for with you.
I mentioned in another post that part of the reason I started this studio was it is finally a workout I enjoy. I am happy to report that I really do enjoy this workout but I really, really enjoy this workout with YOU! Yes, I am seeing the numbers on my scale change slowly and I am also seeing my clothes feel looser- slowly too. I will take every small change as a win and love celebrating these wins with the friends I am making at the studio.
The reason I share this is simply this, I know that there are several people that read these posts, watch the videos, search online and even check out memberships, schedules, classes, etc for a long time and yet are hesitant to book a class. If you will trust me, that you will have fun, you will learn something you didn't think you could do and YES, you will get a workout, AND, you will most likely want to come again (and again and again), I would say, BUY the membership, BOOK THE CLASS, and embrace the change that is ahead. You might just really, really like it!
Looking forward to flying with you soon!
Patty
