Bungee Fitness Trial

I've had several people ask if we offer a free trial or shorter trial or if they can come watch a class or two, or.... so many can we... questions.


In an effort to help you TRY bungee fitness, we are going to offer a 30 minute trial class on November 1st 10:30a-11a. These classes are for you to get fitted in a harness, get all the pads in the places, and see what it feels like to fly, squat and yes- even BURPEE in a bungee. All while having fun, less joint pain and perhaps enjoying your workout!

Even though this class is a trial, you still need to be dressed appropriately. Please wear closed toe shoes- with laces, that tie tightly, a very good supportive bra, or other padding/support that may be necessary for your body. We recommend legging that covers your knees and either a tshirt or tank top. Oh and BRING YOUR WATER!


We only have 14 spots for this class so don't wait!
