We don't say I can't...

I've said before that bungee fitness will have you doing things you didn't think you could do, or that you haven't done in years. (No need to say how many years) I had the pleasure of helping a few people in class yesterday that felt they couldn't do a skill that was being taught. One struggled just believing the bungees would support them, another couldn't get the feel for flying and the third had a heck of a time understanding how to do burpees.


I am happy to report that through lots of encouragement, perhaps a bit of breath holding and a few minutes of hand holding, all of these challenges were conquered. Everyone was able to complete orbits, burpees and all feet were able to leave the ground and fly! Smiles were seen all over class, giggles were heard and discussions about the next classes were had! One of the best parts of this class is getting to work with each person as they learn to conquer their fears, trust the harness/bungee system and to literally fly and glide in ways they never thought they could do! Along the way seeing everyone increase their confidence as well as balance, strength, endurance and even enjoying the numbers on the scale moving in a downward direction.


We look forward to helping you learn things that you maybe don't know how to do yet and turning them into things that can help you improve your fitness, while having fun, making friendships and yes, even glistening a bit.
