Booking a class should be a smooth and straightforward process. Yet, many people wonder if their booking actually went through or if they are officially registered for the class. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to book a class, how to confirm your booking, and what to do if you don’t receive a confirmation email. By following these clear instructions, you can avoid confusion and be ready to enjoy your class with confidence.

Steps to Book a Class
Booking a class involves a few easy steps. Understanding each step helps ensure your registration is complete and you receive the necessary confirmation.
1. Create a Profile
Before booking a class, you need to create a profile on the website. This profile stores your personal information and preferences, making future bookings faster and easier.
On the home page, go to top right and click login. You will have an option to create profile.
Provide accurate contact details, especially your email address and phone number.
Set a secure password to protect your account.
Complete any required fields to avoid delays.
2. Buy a Membership
Our classes require a membership purchase before booking. This step confirms your eligibility to join the class.
Choose the membership plan that fits your needs. If this is your first flight, we recommend the buy 1, get 1 free so you can fly twice instead of once.
Complete the payment process securely.
Check for any membership activation emails or notifications.
3. Pick a Class
Once your profile is set up and your membership is active, browse the available classes.
You will want to locate the Ground School A classes- they are our foundational classes.

Look for classes that fit your schedule.
Select the date and time that works best for you.
4. Click Book
After selecting your class, click the “Book” button to reserve your spot.
Review your booking details before finalizing.
Confirm any additional options or preferences.

After booking, the most important confirmation is the email you receive. This email serves as proof that your spot is reserved.
What to Expect in the Confirmation Email
Your name and profile details.
Class name, date, and time.

If you receive this email, your booking is successful. Save it for your records and check it before attending the class.
